  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely box them to prevent damage during transit, including your authorization slip inside.

  Ship to Our Boutique

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service to our London warehouse address provided in the confirmation email; please retain your proof of postage.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
